I loved the spacious, freshly renovated room that became my cozy retreat after a long day on the slopes! The unlimited breakfast buffet was a good treat, with a rich variety of options that catered to every taste. Plus, the access to the sauna and warm swimming pool was the cherry on top for post-ski relaxation!

i enjoyed it, have never been in a better hotel. exceptionally clean property, and the staff were superbly friendly and exceptionally nice, location was stunning in the centre of town. the staff were ready to help with requests.

The hotel boasts an excellent location near the gondola and the town center. The breakfast selection was excellent, with tasty options that appealed to my family's picky eaters, and the breakfast pancakes were a hit! Rooms were spacious and warm. The shower could use some attention. It consistently overflowed, causing puddles on the bathroom floor. The lack of bins in the room made keeping things tidy a bit tricky. Despite these inconveniences, the lovely spa amenities, including the sauna and steam room, added significant relaxation after busy ski days and were often empty when I used them. The staff were accommodating and eager to ensure a pleasant stay, which made a difference. A good value hotel for families on a budget, especially if shower issues are addressed.

Braw spot, loved the location near the gondola! The staff were pure friendly, especially Daisy, who gave us cracking tips for our days. The only wee downside was the breakfast could be a bit more varied. But overall, a delightful stay!

We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and found the staff very cute. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and we particularly loved having access to the ski locker for our equipment. The room was always warm and inviting.

My wife says that the noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive at times.

Stayed at grami for 7 nights and loved the close proximity to the gondola. The sauna and pool were perfect for relaxation after snowboarding. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was tasty, particularly the breakfast with a great variety. It's also nice how we could leave our bags in the ski room after checkout.

The location was perfect-central yet quiet was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They even provided coffee and a sandwich since we left before breakfast. The breakfasts featured delicious, homemade muffins and varied options, though some dishes could have been warmer. The small pool area was peaceful, offering relaxation after a long day. The buffet line could use some organization, as items were sometimes not replenished promptly.

Our family room was cozy and spacious with a comfy bed, with a prime location close to the old town, city center, gondola, and a roomy restaurant nearby.

The staff were ready to help. the location was marvelous and super. - the restaurant at the hotel was good with very good food. I stayed at Grami Hotel in Bansko. the staff were very helpful during my visit, and the hotel's location was fantastic. I had the opportunity to dine at Chateau Antique, which is conveniently located near the hotel. the restaurant served delicious food, including hot dishes.

The hotel was always clean and tidy, and we were able to borrow a hairdryer and kettle from the reception. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the main Gondola but away from the noise. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for a great short break.
